See These Imperative Movie Assessments

By Suzanne Johns

You are discovering that you are more fascinated in a website where you pay for individual films or songs. Because they are paid there is a lower risk of picking up a virus though no site is completely free of this hazard. If you are a person who likes online shopping the websites can be great options for discovering movies and music. This is because you can download full albums or select only the songs you like best or you can download the latest movie. Are you someone who likes the suggestion but is anxious about giving out credit card information online? Although these sites are very safe, you can always choose to pay using a prepaid card. A lot of services offer these cards.

Rent-a-Kid - While the supervisor of an orphanage takes a holiday, dad Nielsen takes over with a strategy to raise cash by renting out kids. While predictable, this silly premise is unexpectedly successful. Sooner or later 3 kids are rented by a stylish '90s couple considering adopting. A decent family flick. Cast includes Leslie Nielsen, Christopher Lloyd, Matt McCoy, Sherry Miller, and Amos Crawley. (89 minutes,'95)

Cop Land - Freddy Hanlin is the Sheriff of Garrison New Jersey, a small town not too far from New York City. Freddy always wanted to be a New York City cop, but he is somewhat hard of hearing, so he never could. When internal investigator Mo Tilden shows up in town to look into possible police corruption, Freddie takes up the cause and starts to help out. Freddie is about to learn that the men he has always idolized might be doing some very bad things.

The Leading Man - British backstage show romantic movie in regards to an American film superstar who seduces a playwright's unhappy wife and his leading-woman mistress. When it might not make up its mind whether it is a comedy tirade or a light thriller, it's still enormously humorous stuff. Bon Jovi is excellent as the foolhardy, unscrupulous Yankee, and Galiena and Newton are fetching as the females snared in his web. Cast includes Jon Bon Jovi, Anna Galiena, Lambert Wilson, Thandie Newton, Barry Humphries, and David Warner. (100 minutes,'97)

Number One with a Bullet - Carradine and Williams do well in this somewhat standard action motion picture where we have aggressive investigators out to oust a drug kingpin. Cast includes Robert Carradine, Billy Dee Williams, Valerie Bertinelli, Peter Graves, Doris Roberts, and Bobby DiCicco. (101 minutes,'87)

Pretty Woman - A chance meeting of a street hooker and a callous and especially well-off businessman leads to a unique proposition. He hires her for the week, to attend some functions with him as an companion. He has no indication what he has gotten himself into. Starring Julia Roberts and Richard Gere.

Down to You - Prinze and Stiles ineffectually try to buddy us up by talking directly into the camcorder, clarifying how their once idyllic college romance went bust (albeit not as bust as the film). In someway, this film manages to find room for subplots in reference to a Television show and a friend who has a try as an adult-film entrepreneur with a sort of bohemian experienced porn actress. Cast includes Freddie Prinze, Jr., Julia Stiles, Shawn Hatosy, Selma Blair, Zak Orth, Ashton Kutcher, Rosario Dawson, Henry Winkler, and Lucie Amaz. (91 minutes, 2000)

Night Nurse - Exceptional, hard story of nurse (Stanwyck) who could not discount strange goings on in home where she works. Blondell adds zingy aid and it is one of Gable's most impressive early appearances. Cast includes Barbara Stanwyck, Ben Lyon, Joan Blondell, Clark Gable, Charlotte Merriam, and Charles Winninger.
