R Cast includes Campbell Scott, Jesse Eisenberg, Isabella Rossellini, Elizabeth Berkley, Jennifer Beals, Ben Shenkman, Mina Badie, and Chris Pile. (104 minutes, 2002)
TRY or Rock: Neil Simon's supreme comedy of embarrassment, adjusted from Bruce Jay Friedman's small tale "A Change of Plan." Jewish boy Grodin gets wedded to Berlin and meets an attractive WASP blonde Shepherd on honeymoon, and determines to shuffle plans. Very comical but relies on your point of view; prompted for maximum impact by Might. The Cast includes Charles Grodin, Cybill Shepherd, Jeannie Berlin, Eddie Albert, and Audra Lindley. Wayne's World: Wayne and Garth have their own TV show on public access television. Their show is spotted by TV exec Ben Oliver, and Wayne a d Garth are moving up. Wayne now ifs falling in love, and they abandon the show to he his new love in her career as a rock star.
X Men: The Last Stand: For the first time in history, the mutants have a choice. There is a cure for the mutants, so they can choose to give up their powers and become normal people. With dissention among the mutant leaders, a massive war ensues.
Fanfan La Tulipe: An admirable satire of swashbuckling fables. Philipe is superlative as sword-wielding, love-thirsty 18th-century Frenchman joining Louis XV's army. Cast includes Gerard Philipe, Gina Lollobrigida, Noel Roquevert, Olivier Hussenot, Marcel Herrand, Sylvie Pelayo, and Genevieve Page. (99 minutes, 1952)
