My Selection Of Basic Film Story Lines

In the past you had to go to a store if you wanted to rent or buy a movie. High speed internet access has now made it possible to download movies right off a movie download site. Just about any movie every made can be attained through a movie download site now. Check out these samples.

Click: Over worked, young architect Michael Newman can't find enough time in the day to get all the work done and spend time with his family. Going to the store to buy a remote control, Morty gives him a universal remote control that can do amazing things. He can now stop time, and fast-forward though problems. This comes with a price, his life has passed him by, and he was on automatic pilot.

So Well Remembered: Producer James Hilton depicts legend adjusted by John Paxton of genuine newspaper editor Plants decided to progress living circumstances in plant town, diverted by matrimony to blindly ambitious female Scott. Extremely youthful Juliet Factories has tad part. Cast includes John Factories, Martha Scott, Trevor Howard, Patricia Roc, Richard Carlson, and Ivor Barnard. (114 minutes, 1947)

The Shawshank Redemption: Tells the story of a wrongly convicted man serving a life sentence for the murder of his wife. This mild mannered banker survives the ugliness inside the prison through his common decency. All the while, unbeknownst to everyone around, he has taken a small rock hammer, and toiled for years in obscurity, and built himself a secret tunnel to freedom.

My Son the Fanatic: Author Hanif Kureishi once more studies a Pakistani corning to terms with his life in England. In this case it's a taxi driver Puri who's disassociated from his spouse, and whose child is dissenting contrary to him for rationales he couldn't comprehend. Cast includes Om Puri, Rachel Griffits, StelIan Skarsgard, Akbar Kurtha, Gopi Desai, Harish Patel, and Bhasker Patel. (89 minutes, 1997)

Night of the Blood Monster: Lee is fine as Magistrate Jeffrey's who is a vicious judge presiding over "Bloody Assizes" after the Monmouth Revolt contrary to Baron James II, although film itself is monotonous and grisly. Cast includes Christopher Lee, Maria Schell, Leo Genn, Maria Rohm, and Margaret Lee. (84 minutes, 1970)

Dillinger: Dense gangster spun wool written by Philip Jordan, one of the best B films of its kind albeit a key bank robbery is made up of stock footage lifted from Fritz Lang's You Only Live Once. Cast includes Edmund Lowe, Anne Jeffreys, Lawrence Tierney, Eduardo Ciannelli, Elisha Chef, and Marc Lawrence. (70 minutes, 1945)

Terminator 3: The Rise Of The Machines: John Connor has gone into hiding. The future machines have sent a third attempt to destroy him. Now it is the T-X, the most advanced terminator yet. Fro John to survive he must partner again with the T-101 his former assassin. Together they must defeat the T-X and prevent the coming of the apocalypse that will destroy civilization, as we know it.

Good to Go: Forgettable fare in reference to reporter Garfunkel, who's framed on a rape-slaughter charge. Highlighted are the behaviors of such go-go groups as Redds & the Boys, Trouble Funk, Get rid of Brown & the Mind Scavengers, amid others. Cast includes Craft Garfunkel, Robert Doqui, Harris Yulin, Reginald Daughtry, Richard Brooks, Hattie Winston, and Anjelica Huston. (87 minutes, 1986)

They Were Expendable: One of the finest and most underrated of all WW2 films, based on the real tale of America's PT boat battalion in the Philippines throughout the early nights of the battle. Moving, exquisitely detailed production photographed by Joseph August under Ford's unique hand, with genuine-life Naval Officer Montgomery. Cast includes Robert Montgomery, John Wayne, Donna Reed, Jack Holt, Ward Bond, Leon Ames, Jack Pennick, and Tom Tyler. (135 minutes, 1945)
