In the corporate world, pens are used a lot. Unlike pencils, pens appear to be more professional. Executive pens look even better because they give the impression of exclusivity. Only those who are connected to an organization may use that writing instrument.

Using pens as promotional tools is very practical. It has several uses. In addition to the clear reason, which is for writing down important office-related things, executive pens could be used as great giveaways or as special gifts. They may even be used as employee incentives.

Pens are offered in assorted shapes and sizes. Some are in the traditional, simple tube, while others have special parts in them. They could also vary in the thickness or thinness of their tips. Some are heavy while others are lightweight. There are pens that come with caps and grips, and then there are those that are retractable.

Pens are also used in other settings other than the workplace. They are used at home, in school, and basically everywhere else you can think of. You may need it to write lesson plans, jot down your household budget for the week, or compose letters for that special someone.

If you decide to use pens as your promotional item, you are certainly in for a treat. People do not easily discard such a useful object. You can have your company logo or name placed on the pen's barrel or maybe on the clip. Your clients and target audience will always be reminded of you whenever they use your customized pen.

Another fine reason to use pens as a promotional item is its life span. It is non-perishable and does not go bad for a long time. If you order a large amount today you don't have to worry about not consuming it for one day. You can just keep left over pens and save them for next time. It cuts back your marketing expenses.
